Terms of Service (Public Offer Agreement)

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between Russian Language School (“School”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and any individual purchasing or participating in our language courses (“Student”, “you”, or “your”).
By purchasing a course, booking lessons, making a payment, or submitting a registration form on www.russian-language-school.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Services
Russian Language School provides online and in-person Russian language instruction, including:
- Individual lessons;
- Group courses;
- Intensive courses;
- Online classes;
- Examination preparation courses;
- Educational materials and learning resources.
Course descriptions, schedules, prices, and available programs are published on the Website and may be updated from time to time.
2. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and completion of the registration process.
All course fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The School reserves the right to refuse enrollment or participation where necessary.
3. Lesson Scheduling and Cancellation
For individual lessons, students may reschedule or cancel a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before the lesson, missed lessons, or no-shows are considered completed and are non-refundable.
Group lessons cannot be rescheduled individually.
4. Refund Policy
A student may request a refund before the start of the course.
If a student withdraws after the course has started, refunds may be issued only for unused lessons, less any administrative fees and lessons already provided.
No refunds are available for completed lessons or services already delivered.
5. Educational Results
The School undertakes to provide educational services with reasonable professional care.
However, language-learning results depend on many factors, including attendance, effort, practice, and individual abilities. Therefore, no specific educational outcome, exam result, or language level can be guaranteed.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, recordings, presentations, exercises, documents, and other educational content remain the intellectual property of Russian Language School and its instructors.
Students may use materials solely for personal educational purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, share, or modify them without prior written permission.
7. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the Website.
8. Limitation of Liability
The School shall not be liable for interruptions caused by internet outages, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Website and become effective immediately upon publication.
